How is Praja1, an ubiquitin ligase associated with X-linked mental retardation disorders, regulated? What role does the MAGE-family play? My aim is to find out how the transcriptional regulator MAGE-G1 (other name: Necdin-like 2) interacts with Praja1 on a molecular level.
